Sonic Drive-in - Manor

Last night might be my last visit to this restaurant. I waited for over an hour and a half, and during that time, there was an altercation between an employee and a customer. I'm not sure what triggered it, but it definitely contributed to the long wait. To make matters worse, they were out of several spices that I had requested, and my food was served cold. I understand that the timing was challenging, especially with the fight causing delays, but the quality of the food should still be maintained. However, I do want to commend the employees for their hard work under difficult circumstances. I really feel for the girl involved in the situation.

The Manor location provided efficient and attentive service for my order through the drive-thru. The young lady who delivered my food to the car was very friendly and professional, which must be a reflection of your management team. She seemed surprised when I complimented her. My wife and I always leave a tip based on the service we receive—poor service gets a poor tip, while good service earns a decent one, and exceptional service deserves more. So, you can see where I stand on this!
