Now if you're looking for slow in store service, menu sign that doesn't work and is stuck on chicken. long wait for a almost cold burger, dirty beverage area, no one cleaning the tables after a guest leaves and employees standing around then this is your place. Try 6 employees watching a single employee making our 2 for $5 Whoppers incorrectly that Bill had to tell we wanted cheese on them and then watch as she takes off the onions and tomatoes off and throws them back into the bins. But wait how about the order entry person not knowing that they sell salads! Then adding that they forgot to include the dressing...not a great deal for $5.69. Tables are not clean no one is cleaning or disinfecting them after a guest leaves even though they have table signs that tells you that they do it. Poor management is the reason and not a stop for us next time we are hungry.
We have been to several fast food restaurants in the area in South Carolina. The pandemic has lasting effects on the fast food industry. Here the drive through was backed up, service was slow, we waited almost 30 mins with 6 cars ahead of us . One car got out of the line, then another behind us got out. The server was polite. They had no ketchup, but we were given a large drink instead of the small that usually comes with the 2 for 10 deal. Every place we went was short staff. Out of the food choices we wanted, or broken down ventilation systems. They are all suffering. Please Help! Be patient?. They are doing the best that that can.
Who owns this franchise? This guy is letting his general manager run it into the ground. This Burger King has never, and I do mean that quite literally, gotten my order right. I don?t review very often, but they constantly miss large pieces of an order, such as burgers, chicken nuggets, two orders of mozz sticks once. Hell, they forgot the nuggets on this ticket and charged me for Only Bacon ON A BACON KING. I don?t review on Google much, but I hope this reaches the right people.
Worst experience we ever had with Burgen King. You can only close the store. Everyone just stands around and is super rude. We were refused the bill. For small portions of chicken nuggets, they charged around $14... We asked for our money back and left.
Worst burger king ever! They will not take orders in the dinning area but leaves the door open. They will only take orders in drive through and the make you wait at the drive thru and will never take anyone's order. These pictures are the workers that are sitting in there not doing nothing. Highly do not recommend this place and it's under new management.
