We ordered the week's menu as a birthday dinner for Mom at Alessandro last night and would definitely do it again. From the appetizers (lauwarmer octopus salad, wolf bass, grilled vegetables with garlic cream and focaccia), over the main foods (Lasagne from forest mushrooms and Scamorza, stewed beef with prince beans and potatoes, salmon in herbs white wine sauce with potatoes and vegetables) to Tiramisù as dessert, everything was super delicious. All that had to be cooked was so perfectly prepared by Alessandro that it came to the point cooked from the oven. We were totally enthusiastic and can only recommend it!

After I get Alessandro at div. Knowing and appreciated cooking classes was clear to me: once I get married, Alessandro becomes my Catererer. This August was ready. From advice to the bargains to the civil wedding (35 people) to the barbecue event (80 people) in our garden everything was perfect! I strongly recommend following the recommendations of Alessandros concerning the quantity supply! They are not based on profit, but on his experience! All guests were tired and highly satisfied, but there was hardly anything left! How Alessandro served the grills and chatting with the guests was already a cooking show! And in terms of quality: the standing ovations of the guests at his departure spoke for themselves!

I've already booked several courses at Alessandro. And what should I say? Everybody was great! The dishes taste fantastic and you learn a lot about traditional Italian cuisine. Just great and always an experience. On its website you can buy vouchers for cooking classes but also the products he sells there. I have often given away this: we also had a private cooking class with us at home with friends. Well done by Alessandro. Together we cooked a 5 course menu and let the evening finish.
