Little Pearl - Manly

I whiled away a delightful late afternoon/early evening at Manly Wine on Saturday May 21 watching the surfers and watching the sunshine change to twilight. Had a plate of a half dozen oysters (yum! followed by Yamba prawns a la plancha, with chipotle, garlic butter, and bread for mopping up the sauce (delish! . Followed by a spectacular botrytised Semillon desert wine from Glenguin Estate in the Hunter Valley that was to die for! Great service and great recommendations on the menu and the wine.

We've had a wonderful 2 visits here while staying in Manly! The wine list is extensive even by the glass and they offer a carafe or bottle. The view is breath taking, nothing obstructing the beach but a few pine trees and people to observe. The staff, especially Shane, were lovely, entertaining, friendly and knowledgeable (Shane's wine knowledge was amazing ask him for a suggestion). We'd definitely come back!

Lovely atmosphere, loved the groovy jazzy music, great view of the beach. I loved how they had a separate spot on the menu for vegetarian and vegan food, so we didn't have to look for it. Plus lots of good vegie options, for once I wasn't stuck with roasted pumpkin salad. Lovely staff, vey nice and caring. The only thing that sucks is that we can't be there for Funky Friday! Would have loved that!

We had a wonderful breakfast here today. Delicious Eggs Benny and the Manly Breakfast is fabulous! Good coffee and hot chocolate too. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend, we will be back

Great little place for lunch and breakfast. The best view of the beach and they also serve great coffee.
