Samurai Curry and Sushi - Manly West

I ordered takeout from this restaurant, which also offers dining in. I chose the karaage crispy chicken and wagyu beef curry (level 3). The dishes were hot, generous in portion size, and perfectly cooked. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to enjoy Japanese cuisine.

Tried this place a few nights ago after fancying something Japanese for the first time in my life! Ordered a few dishes and waited a short time for them to be cooked.The service was very pleasant and the place looked fairly authentic....although I have never been to Japan. The prices were very reasonable and the food was very good indeed. I will return to try other dishes soon.

This is our undisputed favourite take-away ever! Pretty much everything on the menu is a stand out but you can't go past the Japanese curries, chicken katsu egg don or for vegetarians the tempura vegetable udon noodle is one of the yummiest vegie dishes out there. Love this place

We love Samurai! The owners are just lovely - very friendly service and the food has been 5 star every time we have visited. We love the Katsu curry and our kids love the Gyoza and Karaage. You will not be disappointed!

Samurai is a hidden gem in Wynnum.A family restaurant with a family atmosphere. The Japanese TV running in the corner gives it a really authentic Japanese Izakaya feel.The food is delicious. All house made.Try the Curry Udon and Gyoza.The Okonomiyaki is awesome too.A must try if you're in Wynnum.
