Giliberto's Mexican Taco Shop - Mankato

Tasty authentic Mexican food. Huge variety of tacos (I prefer the rolled tacos, the carne asada, and the chorizo tacos). The guac is probably 50% sour cream, but is delicious! Most importantly, they'll hold the cilantro if requested!! I gave the drive thru 4 stars, but the best experience is dine in. Gilberto's does tacos right!

As a hispanic i am very disappointed l. I was excited for this place to open but I really wish they didn?t. Tacos $3.25!!!! WHAT where is the cilantro???? I ordered an Horchata also and it tasted really off something was very off with it. The only pro is the amount of meat they put in my tacos and the salsa. Aside from that i?d rather go to La Bamba where you can put as much toppings on you?re tacos for way less.

This is one of the best Mexican restaurants in Mankato. The service is fast, and the food is hot. I'll be coming back soon.
