Starbucks - Manitowoc

The two night supervisors at this restaurant are not professional. The store is untidy and the bathrooms are very dirty. The supervisor with glasses and the one with bangs are especially bad in terms of management. It is not acceptable to see one of them crying and taking it out on their coworkers. Additionally, the way the male supervisor interacts with female employees is inappropriate and uncomfortable to watch. Overall, the management at this restaurant is completely unprofessional.

The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly and the food is absolutely amazing.

I thought at first this was a one time thing but it is happening almost everytime now. I order my drink and the cup is way less than full. Like 2/3 s full. If I am paying 5 to 6 dollars for a simple drink it has become an issue. One time I went back in the store and tried to , constructively, address it. The barista acted insulted. I won't frequent them again because of this issue.

I have never had any problems at this restaurant. My order is always perfect and the staff is fantastic!

I personally have not eaten Here.but I do get the pink drink...and the dragon fruit lemonade....love them....very fast in drive thru...
