Marco's Pizza - Manitowoc

So on 04/14/2024 I order pizza and wings. Time 6:50 pm. Tracker says delivery time around 7:30pm.Kids are at home waiting and hungry. called at 7:50 pm I'm told the pizza just came out of the oven and its on its way. I live 6 minutes away. Call again at 8:15 pm..Girl says I'm sorry we can credit you for a pizza. Finally at 8:25 pm the pizza and wings show up cold. Now I go in a couple days later to see if she gave me a credit for the pizza. Day time guy says no nothing here and I cant find your order. Funny cause I placed the order online and I am looking at it right now!!! I cant believe how incompetent and inconsiderate people are and of course you don't get to speak with the owner cause obviously he doesn't care either!!!

Called to order two pizzas. Ask for specials. Guy told me he didn’t know what specials were. I was told to order online.
