Wendy's - Manistee

Honestly I have stopped here in the past and the manager was rude however, the last month they have this really polite manager she is african American and she is on top of things best decision wendys made hiring this girl. She has such a positive attitude and she is always smiling best customer service around when she's there. Very sweet as well she always calls me honey or sweetie.

Drive thru lady was very rude! I’ll never return there! Seasoned fries were old!

We went to this Wendy's in Manistee after a basketball game. It took a long while to get waited on, the drive thru was busy. They were short handed as is usual these days.Our food was hot but nothing outstanding.Probably will not stop there again.

Was later in night. Had to wait a little bit but food was fresh and hot. Service was polite and quick as they could go.
