This is a large bar/restaurant. It's the only thing around so you should not expect the ritz. The food was good and the service was decent. It's just over the state line from Utah in Wyoming. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

There's just not much of a selection in Manila, Utah/Wyoming. This little Sinclair gas station slash restaurant slash bar is right near the entrance to Flaming Gorge. The little store has an assortment of fishing gear and souvenirs and drinks and chips and whatnot. The restaurant (check hours because they vary) is pretty decent for the area (not much to choose from) but wow they're expensive for what you get! Everything is about 19 bucks a plate, even macaroni and cheese. The food isn't bad, but nothing to write home about. If you're hungry this is a go to place, but don't expect a 5 star experience. The customer service is really good wait staff are friendly and helpful. There are two other restaurants in the area that are also par... but that's about it. Make sure you check the hours of any business in Manila because many of them are family owned and seasonal.

Sat down and ordered drinks (after having to wait for a bit even though the place was empty). After paying, we started looking around the place and, well, noticed that the decor is pretty overtly racist (see pictures) with a noose and sign that literally says no hablo fucktardo . Definitely won 't be coming back here. If you 're a POC, beware.

Was very impressed with the efficiency of this place. Very laid back. Didn’t have really high expectations for a small town but the server was very , very nice and was spot on with her suggestions. Had dinner and lunch here.
