Staff were not friendly and one of the staff members didn't listen to me when I was trying to explain I wanted something at the end

Great place to eat, great service and a nice atmosphere

I ordered an Italian BMT, I had wanted Lettuce, Oregano, Salt and Pepper on it and to have it toasted. VERY SIMPLE. It was ordered online. When my fiance got the order home, Not only was it cold and untoasted, but there was no lettuce, and SOOO MUCH Oregano. I figured oh well, I am hungry I need to eat something, but even after brushing some oregano off, that is still all I could taste. I had to get something else because this was just so unacceptable. My Fiance's was fine so it wasnt worth the hassle of bringing it back, we had ramen and ravioli available, I managed.

I had a Chicken bacon salad! It's so good I will get it again!

My sandwich didn't have enough meat or lettuce, and I asked for bacon and I didn't get that. I did get a lot of oil which made my sandwich soggy, very unhappy with the way she made my sandwich, I will never go back there
