Mcdonald's - Manheim

My sausage, egg, egg, and cheese Mc griddle was not hot. And they shorted me a hash brown which I didn’t notice till I was down the street overall it was not good.

I don’t appreciate being skipped in the drive thru line. The guy said he would be with me in a second and kept taking the orders of other vehicles as they pulled up in other drive thru lane. I was literally ordering a drink. I will spend my money at a different McDonald’s from now on because this one has disappointed me time and time again. The morning crew is actually excellent. The night crew is a joke. I spend way too much money there and go there many times in a day to be treated like that.

I waited in line for 10 minutes and my order was completely wrong. I was hopeful that it wouldn't happen again. The employees at this restaurant may need more support, or possibly better pay.

This McDonald's location is the worst I've ever been to. I had to pull over to the side of the building and wait 15 minutes for just 2 sandwiches and cold fries. They tried to deceive me by clearing the screen so it looked like they gave me my order in 2 minutes. How is this place still in business? It's absolutely terrible.

The best customer service ever, I never been in a mc Donald?s with a better customer service. The food was good too but it?s mc Donald?s everything is standardized
