Scooter's Coffee - Manhattan

This is a coffee shop that my husband frequents, and when I went to pick up an order for him, I had the pleasure of meeting two wonderful ladies named Bethany and Ashley. They were incredibly helpful, especially since I wasn’t familiar with my husband’s usual order. Not only did they know it, but they were also so kind, patient, and cheerful throughout the whole interaction—their smiles really brought a positive vibe! It was such a joy to be around them. It’s clear that they have a great rapport with their customers. I highly recommend this delightful little coffee shop, especially if you get served by Bethany or Ashley—you'll be in excellent hands! Generally, my visits to this restaurant have been great. However, tonight I encountered an issue when I attempted to use my app to redeem my points. The staff member I spoke to dismissed my request, repeatedly telling me to "have a nice day" and waving me off. I'm not sure why I was unable to scan my points.

The staff here is extremely friendly, consistently gets my order correct, and loves to share popular combinations and recommendations. Additionally, the coffee quality is far superior to Starbucks!

This coffee is amazing! I ordered a classic Americano because, well, America! The coffee was served at the perfect temperature, and the taste was exactly what you'd expect from a simple drink. While most items were about 20 cents pricier than Dunkin', you won't have to spend around $2 on gas while waiting in the Dunkin' parking lot. Plus, you can skip the mental fatigue of staring at the vanity license plate of the car in front of you for over 20 minutes. I'm really excited that Scooters is expanding here in Manhattan, Kansas, especially since their competition isn't really noteworthy.

Absolutely fantastic! I waited 25 minutes at Dunkin' Donuts and never got my coffee. Luckily, Scooters came to the rescue and turned my morning around. I ordered, paid, and received my coffee quicker than ever. The coffee is delicious, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning to Scooters regularly from now on!
