Mcdonald's - Manhattan

I went in to pick up the order instead of disputing it, but it was clear that the order hadn’t registered on their end. After some discussion, the staff suggested that it probably didn’t go through. I expressed my frustration, stating that the receipt indicated I had been charged just over $10. Now I have to prove that the charge went through on my credit card, and I’ll have to return in a few days to resolve this, instead of just receiving the food I had already paid for. While the manager was polite, the overall customer service was disappointing. This issue was not my fault; the app malfunctioned and cost me $10 and my time, and I ended up with nothing in return. I had proof that I shouldn't have been put in this situation!

We visited for a late lunch and some playtime. Unfortunately, the place was quite dirty, with litter scattered across the floor. The beverage and condiment area was also unclean, with condiment cups mixed in with extra lids, trash, and whole packaging lying around. The ketchup packets we received were sticky with some unknown substance, and the seating area was unpleasantly close to the floor, which felt unsanitary. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

McDonald's sausage and cheese biscuits are unbeatable. They serve perfectly sized biscuits, flavorful sausage patties, and the gravy is never so watered down that it loses its taste and just makes the biscuits soggy—unlike what you might encounter at the Chef in Manhattan, Kansas. (What a disappointment.)

Do not climb into the outside lane of the thru drive on this mcdonald’s. they do not command. I have been sitting here to give my order, while 6 other cars have been through the other track. very frustrating.

I am giving a 3 because they left the drive-thru window open and I could very clearly hear them complaining about customers special orders and how dumb they are. At the very least close the window.
