Service has been meh. But the food is constantly wonderful. Very very very good. Take out or dine in. Best in town for sure. The atmosphere is wonderful and beautiful. But for sure the food is fire.
So, needless to say, peanut allergens beware; peanut based dishes will absolutely come with the territory. With that out of the way, let's proceed! Once again, this is an establishment enjoyed by my whole family, but that goes doubly for my parents; meat eaters will be pleasantly surprised by spring rolls and fish sauce! This food is spicy, so keep that in mind, but my family also likes their spicy pad khee mao with chicken. That's an enjoyable detail, that almost all of the offerings come with the option of a choice of protein, including but not limited to chicken and beef. By now, I think it's implied that I appreciate their tofu. There is also a sizable beer menu which features Thai imports like Singha. Less impressive to my family is their sticky rice, my family being unprepared for it to be hot. That is another important detail to remember: The desserts will feature distinctive traditional flavors, and that means they might be hot to eat. That said, being adventurous me, I was quite pleased with it! Space is tight and intimate, so if that's a distraction from the worthwhile food, all I can tell you is to mentally prepare yourself. It can also get really quiet in there, and some will find that awkward. Again, mentally prepare yourself. Little things like that can alter the overall experience, but the food is worth it! Lastly, I don't think I can review Baan Thai without a word about their Thai tea. Some will be ready to cite that it's just another Thai tea with milk and syrup, but I happen to think it's refreshing and good for a boost of energy! Baan Thai is a solid facet of the MHK scene, so don't deprive yourself; go and get a little taste of the kingdom!
Food are yummy Waitress are very friendly. And great for a relaxing dinner
Love the aesthetics of the inside if I may mention firsthand. Wanted to try a new place so this was the place chosen. Everything we had was really good and on great display when served. The one dish, Angry something, was very spicy and had a good flavor. I would recommend if you have a taste for Thai
