Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican

I decided to give Cafe Rio one more chance after my last experience, the grilled veggies weren 't ready so I decided to wait for them to be cooked and no one told me they were ready, the server working hard alone forgot about me. Therefore I inquired, the nice server attempted to ask if I could cut in the line but a not so kind customer had a bit of an attitude so I asked if I could place my order at the online order line they said no. So this very nice tall server so my frustration and said I can take your order. GOD BLESS YOU .So this visit the line was long because Cafe Rio is good but I think at this location they either have new people or not enough people for the line volume. I think there 's no organization everyone needs to know their task. I belive I was in line for about 10 minutes before being able to place my order.

It's a bit pricey but it is so worth it. I love the nachos, I order them with black beans n then the 3 leches cake omg Gurl my mouth is drooling as I'm typing this.

This was my first and last time coming to this place. Guacamole was old, lettuce was brown, cilantro in rice was questionable, chicken asado was very sweet.

Update: I once really like the food here I recently went to the Manhattan Beach location and I was not happy with the service. I purchase A chicken bowl and was very displeased With the service as well as Portion size. I spent seventeen dollars and Some change When not even half the plate was full. As I Order my food the server Was coughing while Dealing with the food I suggested that she put on a mask When dealing with food And she said nothing was wrong.She was clearing her throat , but you Should not be clearing your throat while serving food in front of customers. Then she proceeded to make my food By giving the smallest portion sizes ever.Why am I paying so much money for less quality and services. Well I doubt if I'll ever. return to cafe rio again. The service and the quality of food is not the same. More money for less quality not good.
