We have brought Pendas from Gabhabhai. Penda is a dessert made from milk and sugar. Its a really very tasty. Especially my son live its taste. We brought Pendas from here when we visit Mandvi.

I have been brought up having Pendas, this is an Indian desert that is made of milk, sugar,saffron and fresh dry fruits. I came across a small restaurant producing these delicious pendas and other deserts in the small by lanes of Mandvi, Kutch. I discovered the owner and his son sitting behind the counter helping each customer choose these delights in different flavours and tastes. The deserts are not overly sweet and the taste of fresh products used, made me buy all the different varieties in this Willy Wonka's little shop. Absolutely delighted to be there and walked away paying almost nothing.
