My son's fries were old with no salt. The poboy bread turned to dust when you tried to eat, I'm guessing it was stale and they toasted it. My burger was great though. Worst experience is that they force you to buy fries or a salad with your burger. When I declined, the cashier and manager almost lost their minds. Very rude. Also, just don't charge me for the fries?? How hard is that really?

Fast service is provided. There are several places to sit. Also, the cuisine is incredible! You won't be let down.

The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the ambiance was perfect. I'll definitely be coming back for more.

First time here. Very friendly staff. Excellent burgers. My wife and I ordered fried pickles as an appetizer. I've had fried pickles in a lot of different areas of Southern Louisiana, and Triple Nickel Grill by far has the best.
