Will definitely be back very soon!!!! The lemon ricotta pancakes are the bomb as well as the biscuits and gravy with potatoes sausage and scrambled eggs

This is a fantastic eatery. It 's country, charming, charismatic and filled will a welcoming spirit. The food is flavorful and served in large portions. My 2nd visit within a month. My new 'go to ' spot.
La Lou has one of the most amazing breakfast you will ever experience. The service is excellent even for being a smaller restaurant. The food is hand crafted and great. If ever in New Orleans, drive over the Lake Pontchartrain bridge and when you get to the Mandeville side do your life a favor and stop by La Lou for breakfast. The picture is my family devouring the smothered Brie appetizer.
