Country Kitchen - Mandeville

The food took a bit longer to prepare, but given how busy they were, it was understandable. The staff was fantastic—always cheerful and accommodating. The catfish and shrimp plates were delicious, prepared with fresh oil and flour that really enhanced the flavor. The tartar sauce was homemade and to die for, and I added some fresh, tasty lemons myself. The potato salad was outstanding—served cold to room temperature—and the French fries were enjoyable as well, made with fresh ingredients that tasted great. Everything was simply delicious. I also appreciated that you pay your bill at the counter before leaving. The restrooms were clean and well-maintained. Overall, I had a wonderful meal and a great time with my family, and our waitress Amanda was absolutely delightful!

I visited this restaurant for the first time and it was amazing! I definitely plan to return soon. The staff was wonderful, but the food was the highlight. I can't imagine being disappointed here!

Eating is delicious. menu is small and affordable. I don't come here often because of my work schedule, but if I do, it seems as if we always get the same server that is great. they have the best generic coffee in the city. I don't know why I'm enjoying the ice cream here, but I do. the place is enchanting and has an old cafe variety.

Better prices than waffle house with better quality food. The bacon is pretty thickly cut and I loved their style of shredded hashbrowns. Service was slightly slow but there was only two waitresses and we weren't in a rush. Also, their coffee was hot and delicious.
