This Chili’s is in the perfect spot and close to everything. Our meal came out pretty quick and our server was great for our dinner date. Will definitely be back!
I can recall a time when Chili's was one of my favorite chain restaurants. Occasionally I still give it a chance, but despite multiple revamped menu offerings... it continually fails to impress. I had the gourmet brisket burger that you can actually request cooking temps on. I had mine at medium, which it was, but the patty just didn't have the gourmet burger flavor. The brisket was almost nonexistent and as bland as the burger. With it costing more that the double 1lb burger... I was expecting to see brisket piled on. Service and friendliness was great and they largely provided what I expected... so 4 stars.
We ordered delivery and once again Chili's never disappoints. The food is always great but tonight for me, it was just perfect. Shout to the chef on the trio fajitas. The steak and chicken were cut thinly which fit the small tortillas perfectly and just enough shrimp for every wrap. I swear you read my mind because it was just how I wanted. The steak was tender and juicy and the chicken was succulent. The shrimp was cooked to perfection and the flavors were on point. Chili's definitely did right by hiring whoever the chef is at the Mandeville, La restuarant. You should be proud!
Went late night. I can say I am impressed with the recent changes. The staff was so much friendlier and the food was good I look forward to going back again soon
I Have Visited many Chili’s franchises and none can compete with the service and the atmosphere of the Mandeville Chili’s location. You’re always greeted with a smile and the staff seems to be really enjoying serving the guests. I frankly HAVE NO IDEA how the Hammond location is still in Business. Messing up my order once is understandable but twice in 3 months. Whosever is in charge needs to either be fired or go to some sort of seminar on HOW TO RUN A RESTAURANT
