Cafe Bai - Mandaue City

We had a delightful breakfast buffet for two during our one-night stay at Bai Hotel in Mandaue, Cebu. The buffet took place at Café Bai on the second floor, which was impressively spacious and exceptionally clean. The staff provided outstanding service throughout our meal. I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive variety of options available, far surpassing what I typically find back home in California. Catering to an international clientele, the buffet featured food stations offering a wide range of cuisines, including Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Indian, Western, and Filipino. There truly was something for everyone! My favorite dishes were definitely the Filipino selections. I would absolutely love to return to their breakfast buffet on my future visits to Cebu—it was definitely worth it!

I’ve finally found a buffet in Cebu that lives up to my high standards and appreciation for quality food. If you're looking for a dining experience similar to those in Las Vegas, this is the spot to visit. They offer an extensive array of dishes, from roast beef to sashimi, along with soups, fruits, desserts, and a variety of drinks, including coffee. The restaurant is spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly, quickly clearing away used plates, cups, and glasses. It’s truly a wonderful dining experience!

I really enjoy the wide range of cuisines offered at this restaurant. Everything I've tried has been delicious—the vegetables in the salads and the fruits are fresh, the meats are tender and juicy, and the pastas are cooked to perfection with just the right bite. I especially appreciate that they serve taho for breakfast and have a halo-halo bar for dinner. Most importantly, the service is outstanding; the staff are friendly and attentive.

I strongly recommend the Roast Beef and Cookies at this restaurant. The food was outstanding, receiving a perfect 5-star rating, and the service was good, earning 4 stars. The ambiance was lovely as well, also deserving of 5 stars. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience!

The atmosphere is enjoyable. For my dine-in experience, I ordered a different type of meal, and the cost per person was between ₱600 and ₱800. I would give the food a rating of 5, the service a 4, and the ambiance a 5.
