Surf and Turf Grill - Máncora

The Surf & Turf Grill is located in The Birdhouse - right above Green Eggs & Ham - key important thing to note because otherwise it's hard to find. For 15 soles (which I didn't see them advertise but only knew because of the kind people who reviewed it here), you can get an appetizer, a main course and a juice - which is and AMAZING deal. Mind you, I don't speak much Spanish and they had to tell me what's on the menu for this special. I don't know what I ordered for an app but they gave me what was a cheese taquito with guac - really delicious though it could've used more cheese. For the main course, I got a chicken burrito with rice. The tortilla was a little hard but if I tore apart the burrito and ate the contents with the rice - that made it all better. I think for the value - the meal was really good.

There are a multitude of places to eat in Mancora. All do good ceviche and everything else. The prices differ but it's a holiday resort after all. Not very well signed, but underneath Green Eggs and Ham is this place. You'll have to catch the lady who runs it, else you'll be served by Green Eggs and Ham (can only assume they've sublet the ground floor to her as they don't need the room) and you'll get yourself a very solid menu del dia. I've grown used to eating a lot cheaply for lunch travelling down through Colombia and Ecuador, but not this good. instead of soup, there is a choice of fresh ceviche or salad, and a whole range of choices instead of something and rice. If you're sitting on this section of beach, get your soles out and come here, you will not be disappointed for the money.

Ofrecen un menú económico muy rico y variado. Todos vienen con papas y ensalada. Incluyen platos que tienen tuno y langostinos.

La comida esta buena solo qe demoran un poco, la atención pienso q esta bien son agradables de cierta manera, la ubicación es genial y el ambiente acogedor.

La comida fue muy buena lastima la poca atención del personal del lugar pero en el momento de comer fue bastante abundante el plato y delicioso
