If this is the Tuscan cuisine we are there. .scarsa ..tagliatelle if made in the house rocks, grilled poor salt and dry, service maybe tired from the holidays? rude and annoyed ..only we in the restaurant with an improposable waiting time... I would say exactly that we are there!!! !

If you go to Saturnia you can not eat at Poggio Capanne da Bianchina, the gnocchi with boar ragù and the ravioli butter and sage are the top!! The meats are also great!! Great home cooking and great service!!! Recommended!

We have been going to Bianchina for years, with children and friends and for years we have enjoyed familiarity, good food, Stefano oil, Maurizia and Fabio service, and also the slowness of the place, a quality now introvabile. Every year we wait for the time to return.

Family-run history, we return every time we arrive in Maremma. Recommended all the first dishes but also the baked pig! Good service too!
