I haven't been here long, but I have to say it exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. This will definitely be our go-to spot next time we are in the area. I was also impressed by its proximity to the airport.

My friend and I have dined at this restaurant a few times and have always enjoyed the tasty food! During our latest visit, we tried the Sampans Set menu and I highly recommend it. The restaurant has a stylish look and the chairs are comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxed and despite some other patrons, it wasn't too noisy and we were able to have our own conversation. The staff was excellent, particularly our main server (I believe his name was Edward), who was very friendly and funny! Thank you for everything, we will definitely be returning.

I visited this restaurant on Saturday, March 14th. I had mixed feelings about the food quality and portion sizes after reading some reviews, but for us, the portion sizes were more than enough. The quality of the soup, starters, and main courses was excellent. While the prices may seem high compared to takeout options, it is worth considering other factors. For example, the competition for Far Eastern food includes a pot noodle rack at the Spar shop in Terminal 1, although I cannot confirm the quality or cost. Additionally, have you thought about the prices at the Crowne Plaza? In conclusion, if you are looking for a cozy evening with good food and excellent, friendly service, I recommend eating here. However, if you are looking for a cheaper option, you could go to the Spade or bring a pot noodle from home.

I myself and partner stay in the hilton next door, but after reading the reviews decided to pay sampans a visit. we were not disappointed at all. the service fast and eating was top class. Very good.

We’ve eaten here several times now and the food is first class. We hadn’t booked in advance but they accommodated us and the waiter we had was very good and very funny. Although a bit pricey it was convenient and we would definitely eat here...again.
