Dixy Chicken - Manchester

The girl at the counter obviously didn't want to be there,no manners at all,she took fries out of my bag with bare hands whilst staring at me I work with the public so I know you can get abuse and hassle but I was nice and was treated like dirt. I won't be calling in again if she is on shift.

Been to a few different dixy takeaways and this has by far has to be the beat one. Food is perfect and the price is decent. Will definitely return

Poor customer service Very aggressive staffs This branch has changed hand recently and since the service and food quality is gone down, staff at this place are very rude and aggressive DO NOT ORDER OR VISIT THIS TAKEAWAY

The food is normally ok and I rarely eat takeaways but they managed to forget half of our order. Surely it’s not difficult to check everything.

The fillet burger I ordered tasted like mackerel fish and was hard and dry. The chips had been reheated and tasted brittle and oily. I complained and although a refund was issued, I was later told by the short, unpleasant Asian man who claims he 's incharge 'what do you expect for the price you paid? ' He then refused to serve me again, as if I 'd go back! He spoke down to me and was totally sexist in his way of addressing me. I 'm sure he wouldn 't have spoken like that to my husband. Needles to say I am making a formal complaint about this unrefined and unpleasant being to the relevant authorities.
