Shocking service, issues with our meals, drinks. would not go back

As usual for many hotel restaurants, a little over-priced. However, the 7oz steak burger was very tasty and well cooked. Restaurant could not find table reservation and (oddly) asked for proof of reservation despite the place bring quite empty. After giving drink food order to 1 member of staff, we were asked for our order by someone different. So a little disorganised.

Nice food, good open plan setting with available river views but overpriced and with a very limited menu.

Such a lovely welcome, v pretty restaurant and the food was gawjuss our server (sorry can’t remember his name) was so lovely #slay

Really nice atmosphere and place to eat. My friend and I chilled whilst eating our food, which was delicious. We booked the wowcher deal which included a meal, bottle of wine stay over.
