Benito Lounge - Manchester

I got up to request a vegan menu, and I must say, that was a nice touch! After that, we queued to place our order, but the process was a bit chaotic. Three different people were queuing at the bar, which made sense, but when I finally reached the front, another customer jumped in ahead of me to order a drink! I was then directed to another register. Clearly, the ordering system needs some refinement. On the bright side, the food was absolutely amazing, and I’ve included photos of our empty plates! A staff member checked on us promptly to see if we needed anything, which was great. As impressive as the food was, the highlight of the visit was watching three adorable dogs being welcomed inside, which truly made this my new favorite spot! I’m looking forward to coming back. And for vegetarians, there's a whole vegan menu available—just remember to ask for it!

We also tried the Bang Bang Chicken, which consisted of chicken pieces coated in a peanut sauce, served with stir-fried noodles and vegetables. It had an interesting fusion twist and was surprisingly flavorful. As for our drinks, the cappuccino and café latte were both wonderfully creamy and provided a nice caffeine boost.
