Apotheca - Manchester

Has now been sort of rebranded to Fleurs. Choice of six cocktails. Apotheca used to be my go to bar. It's now a complete disappointment. And close to London prices. Was reluctant to drink there even as the guy in front of me got given his drink in a very dirty glass.

Went to Apotheca with a few friends for birthday cocktails after seeing how many were on offer on the website, only to find that they had a single list of around 10 cocktails and the website is out of date. Admittedly they can make cocktails for you but when we mentioned one from the website they didn't know what it was and not being a big cocktail drinker I didn't know what else to ask for! Staff were friendly enough but decor is looking a bit tired.

Tasty cocktails! Friendly bar staff and a lovely atmosphere. Apotheca is a fairly small venue but their wares are tasty! Try the espresso martini! Two cocktails for £12 is a must, the only downside is that the cocktails must be the same!!

Went to Apotheca after seeing all the cocktail choices on the website, very disappointed when we saw the menu, also the decor is nothing special. Harry the barman said he could make any cocktail we chose, we went for Pornstar Martinis, they were the best we have ever tasted so big shout out to Harry!!

We visited with my friends Apotheca on a very busy Saturday night. We were very glad to find a big table available and we straight away ordered our drinks, five minutes later a large group came and they told us that the manager told them that they could have our table (here I have to mention that in our table there was not any sign that it is reserved etc). We explained to them that as we have been there before them and there was no sign on the table, we were not willing to move at least until we finish our drinks which we had already paid. Later on, the manager came and he kept pushing us and asking us when we are going to leave. We have never felt so unwelcomed in a place and the manager was very rude to us so definitely with so many nice bars in the Northern Quarter next time I will go somewhere else.
