Mcdonald's - Manchester Township

I was waiting 5 minutes at the Drive-tru and they didn't help me. Bad service

Very good service and kindness from the girl who helped me

This store never has a person at the cashier, on top of that I order a ice mocha, and they did not have any sign anywhere of not having it available. The machine is down said one of the employees. Really, always down. Then the manager was sitting right next to us and did not say a word or acknowledge my frustration. Corporate store should not exist as they do not care about the client and keep the businesses running. The address is 60 Arsenal rd, York, PA.

I swear I should have went back to my room and went to sleep hungry. Had to finally take my order at the window because morning shift was in to big of a hurry to let us complete our order. Then they had us to pull up, didn't bring our drinks out with our food then acted like it was our fault that we didn't get drinks at the window. Go somewhere else and close this place down since obviously they don't appreciate their jobs.

Stopped going for years, But they have been on point the past couple of months. Especially the night manager he is awesome.
