Franco Manca - Manchester

Probably the best pizza I had in Britain. with fresh teig and baked in a stone oven. they have a large selection of pizzas including vegetarian options. absolutely delicious. her homemade limonade is also amazing! definitely recommend!

Today with my friend, it was nice to eat. but the thing that made it 100% better was primarily the service. martin made us so comfortable and welcome, we enjoyed our time there so much more because of him.

Quite possibly the best pizza we've had, and we are pizza fiends (we have a pizza oven so are always looking for inspiration! Great selection of other bits on the menu too and lovely busy atmosphere inside! The clearly know their stuff and the quality of the ingredients was incredible.

First time i visited franco manca in Manchester, i previously had pizza in the London restaurants a couple of times. Over the years i think the pizza changed a bit but you can tell they still use good ingredients. I really enjoyed mine even though the crust was slightly undercooked. The organic lemonade was also realy nice. I'd definitely go back when im in the area again.

I had the garlic bread and the vegan special, that was spicy mint, piquillo paprika, olives, vegan cheese and basil. The pizza was delicious the sourdough is amazing!
