Subway - Manchester

I just walked in and the ladywork has started to bang me just because she cries through the door, she has nothing but looking at me and says what she wants with a job. she is not the usual woman I work there, I go to a few times the week. very annoyed and disappointed by the service.

I visited the restaurant around 7:00 PM, but it was closed even though the hours indicated it should be open until 9:30 PM. I found it frustrating that they were closed, and if they need to close early for any reason, they should easily update their Google listing. There's really no excuse for that!

My wife and I visited the restaurant on August 12, 2022. There was one person ahead of us in line, and another person came in behind us. However, no one was taking orders. The employee was outside on a phone call and seemed to be having a meltdown. I don't want to exaggerate, but it felt like everyone eventually walked out. We won’t be returning to this place.

We had a great experience! The lady was exceptionally nice and friendly, and the quality of the subs was impressive.

Ordered my footlongs via the cool subway app, and had to do errands, came by more than an hour later, close to closing time, and she politely let me in and was great. I highly recommend this subway. It was also clean. 5/5 overall.
