Republic - Manchester

Had many good things thought so, it was time to check it. Good location, smaller wait that was fair when considering it was dinner. Menu has a lot of interesting farm to eat ideas that unfortunately are not execution and are largely forgotten. Our app and two entrees, while generous in serving were largely bland and overwhelming. Service was excellent so we might try again, but we will be sure to order something else.

We visited break here and our meal was delicious and a real farm to table restaurant. They come from numerous local farms. The food was well presented and the taste was from this world. Excellent waitress who both know the menu and are professional! When we were digging, each table was taken with a number of people waiting to sit. Beautiful rustic location and a wonderful culinary experience.

The first time in the Republic and you have to experience it! My favorite thing was Vermont Feta Bites It was very unique and tasty and the tzatziki sauce above was amazing idea. The ambience is very welcoming and charming. Staff are very detailed about the foods that it is how they cook, and they know how to make the food especially the servers. We had a young gentleman with long hair he was great I wish I remember his name. He knew the food a to z soup to nuts. You have a unique menu it is not like other regular restaurants. I will definitely check it again.

We stopped here on a cold rainy day. The mango green tea was a nice warm to salad and appetizers. Vegetarian cibble was beautifully flavored, although not a very large part. The mixed green salad was also beautiful. Overall, the restaurant was somewhat more pricier than expected? probably due to the cost of a mixed drink.

Excellent food and exquisite service. I strongly recommend to visit and taste farm-to-table Mediterranean cuisine. Also good/different cocktails
