Golden Tao - Manchester

The food is delicious and the drinks are strong at this restaurant. The spare ribs are tender, the fried shrimp and chicken tenders are not greasy and have a nice crunch to them. The dumplings are amazing and the fried rice has great flavor, not bland at all. The fois gras comes out hot and everything is highly recommended. The prices are good too, very affordable.

I went here while on Vacation as I live in Massachusetts and I decided to try Golden Tao after it was recommended by my aunt. The food was decent. The chicken fingers had plenty of flavor and were delicious and the boneless spare ribs were better than anything I can get in Western Massachusetts. However, the pork fried rice was subpar with a strange flavor that I was not a fan of. Otherwise, the food was decent.

We visited a charming little restaurant. The staff was exceptional and took great care of us. The restaurant wasn't very busy that night, so our orders were prepared quickly by the kitchen. The food was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. The portions were generous, ensuring that we left satisfied.

Definitely the best Chinese to be had in Manchester- and it’s difficult to find good Chinese food in Manchester! We live across town and go out of our way to order from here. The generals chicken is always nice and crispy (not soggy like most other places), the crab rangoons are tasty and not the weird sweet kind, egg rolls are perfect…I’ve heard from so many people that this is the only place that they’ll get Chinese food and I can see why! The only kind of weird thing is that sometimes they’ll take your payment over the phone, other times they won’t. Oh well- definitely not a big enough issue to make me want to stop getting some really good food from their restaurant!
