Came at close, met the owner, who treated me like an old friend. Had a great talk, a real family business. Amazing food and phenomenal staff. Outdoor dates have found their home in Austin. With a diverse selection of food and love music what more could you ask for.

As much as I wanted to also love this place it just wasn't anything special. We waited almost an hour for our meals, and since they're still working on the inside of the restaurant there was limited seating. The food was disappointing .What made the whole experience worse was that there was a huge group behind us laughing so loud that it echoed in the house. They were laughing as a comedian show, they had no social awareness.I got the veggie delight, there was no cabbage which is fine but also disappointing. I opted to get two proteins instead. Since it took so long they compensated me with rice, however the rice was extremely soggy.Our waiter was fine though! I could see he was trying. Another side note their menus had food stains everywhere which gave me the ick from the start.

I tried the red curry with chicken and it was excellent. Great food great price.

We went here for the first time tonight and LET ME TELL YOU we will absolutely be back. For starters, the environment is super cool. Jazz music in the background (owner Mike said they have live musicians on weekends too!! and it was so relaxing. A really cool space. The owner Mike told us they make EVERYTHING from scratch, even their own meats! The food is INCREDIBLE we got pad Thai, spicy sausage rice and the egg rolls. Everything is amazing and so delicious. It was hard driving home in the car with the smell of these aromatics!!! I’d like to also mention how down to earth, kind and cool the owner Mike is! He told us a bit about his family and the business. Definitely recommend this spot guys. Authentic locally/family owned, scratch-made kitchen and beautiful venue. Thanks Mike! We will be back! I am obsessed with this place, I talk about it to anyone who will listen. The Pad Kee Mao is the best I have ever had in my LIFE.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of gluten free options, I also can’t have garlic and they always remove it for me with no issues
