7-eleven - Manatee County

Yesterday (7/3/18) I stopped at the 7-Eleven convenient store on 34th Street and 53rd Avenue in Bradenton Florida. I got full tank of gas and purchased $8 express car wash. When I started washing I noticed that there was no water and soap available, and my car was given dry washing. That was real express wash with spinning brushes, spot free rinse and dry air blowing at the end. I went to counter and a rude conceited cashier called me ?honey? and asked what the problem was.I explained to cashier Kelly that I purchase express car wash and my car was still dirty because the washing machine did not work appropriately with no water and soap. With her anger she increased her voice and said: ?I do not care whatcountry you are from. But in this country machines do not work forever?. I was like what are you talking about and explained that as a customer I am not satisfied with their business and want to talk to a manager. She then said that managerKathy was in the bank and I needed to wait. I had been waiting for 5-10 minutes and started taking pictures of the gas station for evidence. She saw that and offered me a refund while giving me hard time and insulting me. Please stay awayfrom 7-Eleven in Bradenton, FL

Stopped in to buy auto tire inflarer can. Found one on the shelf marked $9.99. I did check the shelf label to verify the price. Took it to the cashier and was charged $13.99. Asked about the price difference. Got a smart sneer from the clerk like ...what 's your problem? . Took the can back to the shelf and left. I walk to this 7-Eleven almost daily as a part of an exercise routine. Usually buy something small. I also use the gas pumps there routinely. However, I willnever buy anything there again including gas! There are other options close by!

I have never bought lottery tickets before, so I wasn't sure how to do it I did get the form to fill out the numbers and I wanted to do birthdays for all my kids and grandkids and I asked the lady at the register that I wanted separate tickets, she put all the numbers on one ticket she never explained how to do the lottery she never explained what I need to do to get them separated so each of my family members would have their own ticket oh, this was the only Christmasgift I was going to be able to give at this time until after Christmas. Now I have to ticket with a bunch of numbers on it that I cannot divide. She told me that it would cost me more money and that she would not be able to do anything withthose tickets so I would have to repay for all of this all over again, and her mask was not even on her face properly and there were people coming in with no mask in the place did need to be cleaned, but I'm very upset about the fact thatshe would not explain or did not explain how I could get my lottery ticket separated. So for right now I have to try to come up with some money and redo all these tickets so I can have Christmas for my family. It might not be much and theymight not win but it was what I could afford at the time. Store 3515 and Bradenton Florida I will not be going back there ever again. But I do like 711 stores I have gone too many of them and I really do like a lot of the employees at theother stores but this door I will never step foot back in. Merry Christmas to anybody who reads this I hope next year is a better one!
