Terrible phone service, terrible in person service 6$ price jack food did not look like 20$ plates, I ordered the Sheppard's pie for ten dollars when i got there it was 6$ more. Then the menu stated because they have a menu behind the bar that all the prices are approx 6$ higher, the guy behind the counter acted unbothered. by me being so bothered that the food was more expensive than expected, way more, also i asked for my changed and he refused to give it to me saying there was no change back but the receipt he handed me clearly states he owed me 20 cents, mind you that was an order for a coworker, so it was not my 20 cents in the first place , I been going here for years , the half price burgers on Thursdays keep us going but now i feel ripped off and I am not willing to spend 20$ a plate at a place that lacks any customer service what so ever nowThe Shepards pie was Bland absolutely bland. Salt and Pepper did not help either trash or drown it in hot sauce, they also did not have the cake pops and that's why I called in the first place today. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The ambiance was inviting and relaxing, and the staff was friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. While the staff didn't seem particularly knowledgeable about the drink options, it didn't detract from my enjoyment, and I would definitely return.

I just left this restaurant, and I am really disappointed. My family and I had just sat down when two cockroaches suddenly appeared on our table. The staff treated it like it was completely normal. I will never return to this place. I'm just glad we noticed the roaches before we even started eating.

Leah is the best bartender ever! She’s so kind and personable but super quick on service. Every bar needs a Leah!

We had brunch reservations here for a party of around 20 scheduled for 11am which is when they open. At first they didn't seem ready for us but the employees were all great and got us set up in the downstairs area fairly quickly. I believe the bartender waited on us and had a great attitude for getting a table of 20 first thing of the day. My only negative was the fact that the downstairs smelled of vomit pretty bad; however, we stuck it out and ordered our meals. I'm glad we did because the food was excellent! Besides the smell upon walking in, everything was great, from the service to the food.
