Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

When we entered, there was a father who screamed at the hostess over the fat ground and his child almost fell as a result. I experienced the same thing. They just have to have hacked, but it is as if they used fat instead of soap in the mop bucket. There were no wet ground signs. I've basically sworn to our table. My food was good and also our server. Unfortunately, they had no soups or chili available. Odd. My wife ordered a burger without a bun. Her duck came with a bun. They would think themselves, why didn't they just take the bun and put it on the side. Well, that was what she did except the majority of the sauce stayed with the bungalow. The sauces at Red Robin 'make' most burgers. Finally, one of the flush handles was completely knocked off and the paper towel dispenser was empty. I gave it two stars instead of one because the Scorpion Burger I ordered was delicious and our server was curious, prompt and often back to our table.

The food was delicious and the service provided by our server was good. The only downside was that there was a slight delay in receiving our food after ordering, otherwise I would have rated it five out of five. It was a Monday, so perhaps that had something to do with it until the staff gets into the groove.

There weren't many people there on weekday lunchtime frame when I visited, but I don't know why. Our server was wonderful, and my burgers and garlicries were excellent! Eating quickly arrived. I also like a LOT of ketchup, so was glad to have my own bottle at the table, and the seasoning on the table was also very good. Price is appropriate for portion size.

The food here is always quite delicious. I was looking for the wedge salad (I know, not burgers or pommes, but it was good in the past) but for a side salad. What I end up order, a kind of fondue burger, sub chicken, was also really good. Felicia was a great server and whenever I'm back, I'm sure I ask her!

I ordered the “Impossible Cheese Burger” but made it fully vegan by removing the cheese, Mayo, and Dill Pickles. I checked the allergen site which confirmed that the Sesame Bun and fries are vegan. However, they made a mistake with my order and gave me the “Vegan Burger” instead. This was a different menu item with an impossible patty in a salad pack with salsa and avocado. It seems the mix-up occurred because I wrote “vegan” in the notes on my online order. Despite the disappointment of not getting the burger I wanted, the manager was able to refund me. It was an honest mistake, at least it was still vegan. I will definitely return but will be more careful with my online orders in the future. They also have another Veg Burger option available, just make sure it is vegan and not vegetarian.
