Contribuiți la feedbackThe worst sushi I have ever had.I ordered salmon rolls and a tuna roll, absolutely horrible, the rolls are 90% rice, which is a mushy, unflavored rice, the seaweed is rubbery and the fish is not good at all, my boyfriend and I could not go pass the second piece, had to throw it away. The shrimp tempura roll I ordered was also bad, the rice was disgusting, so we only ate the shrimp tempura that was inside the roll. The spring rolls I ordered were okay, acceptable let's call it.I'm deeply disappointed and I want a refund for that.
I called in a simple combination hibachi order, the order was incorrect and not cooked fresh. I was disappointed that I wasted 12 dollars on the food. I tried to give this location a chance but they failed. I used to go to the location in Sterling VA, they always offered a fresh plate of food. Manassas needs to take notes. Hire people that actually care about the customers satisfaction, even after the lunch rush. It may also help to hire people to answer the phones that speak clear English.
Been there 2 times and both times the food tasted stale and flavorless. No matter what time of the day you go the food tastes bad.
The food quality is extremely lacking. Not much meat and the vegetables were mostly the bad part of lettuce that most people throw away.
I am not sure what has happened to this place but the quality of the food and the customer service has went down hill. Vegetables are rarely included with the meal and there is never a manager on duty. If you have a concern, they pretend to take your number and no one ever calls you back.
