La Flor De Puebla Bakery - Manassas

New customer review... The food was decent, though I had anticipated a slightly higher quality. The steak was under-seasoned, bordering on bland. It appeared to be either a rock steak or a flank steak, and it was overcooked on the outside. It was a bit tough to cut. The menu mentioned that the dish came with tortillas, but I only received chips. The cheese and sour cream were of good quality and tasted excellent. I did notice that there was no indication of the type of beans served with the meal (pinto? black?), and unlike most other Mexican restaurants, there weren’t black beans offered. The beans provided were quite good, with a hint of heat. Overall, the meal was decent. It didn’t quite meet all my expectations, but nothing was off-putting, tough, or unusual. All in all, it was good food.

One highlight was the tres leches cake, which features a layer of vanilla cake on top and chocolate cake on the bottom! I enjoy tres leches, but I absolutely love La Flor de Puebla's version! We also plan to try some items from their café menu soon, but we’re still captivated by their bakery offerings... so delicious! Thank you, La Flor de Puebla in Manassas!

I was really disappointed. FdP used to be my favorite spot for pupusas! I'm not sure if it was just an off night or if the quality has declined. It's been a few months since I last ordered from here. My Revuelta pupusas had barely any filling, and the two tiny bags of Curtido are barely enough for four pupusas. I felt cheated. At least my flute was good.

This place is the most authentic Mexican bakery/café. Bread is freshly baked daily. Some bread is light sugar so its not too sweet and goes great with morning coffee or champurado! You can get a piece of heavenly tres leches cake if you want something sweet or order a custom for a birthday. Bakery is connected to a café where you can sit and enjoy the most authentic Mexican dishes. You also have a small breakfast buffet. If you are in Manassas, this is a must try at least once.

I had a Tres leches cake from here at a birthday party and it was full of flavor perfectly moist throughout the whole cake. I came back a to buy some bread and honestly it was soft and not dry like most places that I?ve been to in that area. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant itself was well kept and clean
