Jersey Mike's Subs - Manassas

I now understand why so many Jersey Mike's locations struggle to stay in business or succeed! For the second time in a row, I placed an order and both times items were missing from my chips order that I paid for, including cookies. The bags are always closed tightly, especially for delivery, only to later discover that items are missing. They have lost my business.

I visited the restaurant a few days ago and parked in their parking lot. As I arrived, I noticed a young female employee who adjusted her mask that was hanging below her chin. Another young man had his mask worn below his nose. I decided not to enter the building and instead went to Popeye's Chicken. The staff at Popeye's were all wearing masks and the chicken was delicious.

Horrible!!!! My husband's first experience with Jersey Mike's and definitely his last. The App wouldn't allow him to order so he had to call and place the order via phone. The person on the phone asked him for his order 3 times which should have been a sign. He ordered an Italian and a Roast Beef with extra cheese. We received 2 Italians and no extra cheese with added jalapeños and pickles we didn't request. I took a bite of my sandwich without knowing there were jalapeños on it and encountered a pepper. Since spicy foods cause me health problems, I avoid them at all costs. I was miserable after just 1 bite. We spent $20.00 for 2 sandwiches that we threw away. Never again will I visit the Manassas Jersey Mike's and my husband refuses to try ever again. With so many options available you would think they might try a little harder to get it right. Customer Service was also horrible and it appeared no one knew how to do anything from make sandwiches to ring up the order for payment. I would give zero stars if I could.

I have been a customer at this restaurant for years. It had been a few months since my last visit, but this time I experienced the worst customer service I have ever had here. I ordered my usual Philly cheese steak sub with extra toppings, but the person taking my order told me they couldn't mix the meat. I asked for an explanation, but all he could say was that they couldn't mix the meat. I decided to take my business elsewhere and went to Charley's Philly Steak instead, where they made my sandwich exactly how I like it. I won't be returning to this restaurant again.
