Chick-fil-a - Manassas

The staff at this restaurant were unresponsive and inefficient. It took thirty minutes to receive two simple sandwiches and fries. Despite the crowded interior and busy drive-through, the staff seemed unconcerned. It was clear that they did not grasp the concept of fast food. Several customers even requested refunds and left due to the lengthy wait. Overall, the service was rated as a 1.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A in the whole country. I have visited many locations and have worked at six different ones in the past 10 years. The service here is extremely slow, usually taking over 20 minutes to receive your food. Even when I ordered online, it took 30 minutes from placing the order to actually getting the food. 30 minutes! If this location wasn't just 5 minutes away from my house, I would never come here again. Corporate really needs to improve the cleanliness and efficiency of this location.

Once again, they have disappointed. The spicy chicken biscuit was supposed to be the highlight, but the chicken patty was practically see-through. It was ridiculous. The service was just as bad. This was a takeout breakfast experience that was not worth the $1-10 per person price. The food and service both received a rating of 1.

The food and service at Chick-fil-A are consistently excellent. The take-out service is top-notch, with a rating of 5 for both food and service. The atmosphere also deserves a perfect score of 5.

Really great staff and food is always cooked well, but typically either understaffed or simply just packed. Watch WHEN you go and you'll have a good experience. Avoid getting sucked up into the lunch rush or the rush hour slammer. Parking can be a fickle thing. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch
