Chef Eddie's Kitchen - Manassas

I haven't had such an empanada since I left Texas. It needed more warmth for my own personal taste, but the meat was perfectly seasoned and the dough was delicious. The last time I tried an empanada, it tasted like Taco Bell meat. But this... I'll order her again. The chicken was tender and tasteful. Rice and beans were the best I ever had. I'd like to buy a plate again and I'll keep boss Eddie in mind for catering.

Chef Eddie has a true passion for cooking. I haven't had a bad dish yet. Everything is amazing! A must try if you ask me. I will always recommend for any catering needs.

I can't express it enough, but the Empanadas are made with love, they tasted fantastic. The sauce that comes with it, good, is great adds a wonderful note to it, not to season simply enough to balance everything!. Chef Eddie, he knows what he does, treats his customers with care, respect and only gives you great quality of food!. If you have not yet text, call or email to place your order well, what you are waiting for?. but you do it to him, put your order because you no longer find great quality of food like this. Amazing food would love to eat there every day. Haven't ever had any better Puerto Rican food.
