Arby's - Manassas

Restaurant was clean, bright and inviting. Norman was assisted me with my order with ordering on the app. The staff were friendly, compassionate and served fresh. I will be returning to this location soon due to leadership of Norman.

Make sure to always double check your order and receipt at this restaurant. Multiple times, we have been given incomplete orders and have been charged extra for items that were on sale, with the excuse that it was automatically added by their register. When we brought it to their attention, they claimed there was nothing they could do. We will not be returning and wanted to warn others to be vigilant when dining here.

Avoid the Mac N cheese bites, even though they claim they're good. The restaurant also does not remove street trash who are clearly under the influence of drugs. Stay cautious.

I had a delicious roast beef sandwich with au jus at this restaurant.

Staff was quick and pleasant. Order was fresh and yummy. I could eat their Beef'n Cheddar for days my friends. For days...
