Grandma's Meatball - MANASQUAN

My mom's pick for her birthday. I am a chef, but hadn't been able to get there yet. Our servers were attentive, but not intrusive. They answered every question we may have had. The $42 3-course special was great. We were able to share our appetizers, and each one was delicious. I'm allergic to peppers, which was no problem. The entrées were prepared well and came out immediately, piping hot. They sang to my mom (she is shy, oh well), and our desserts were wonderful. Only gripe was loud people at a neighboring table, but it's a small restaurant. Totally not the restaurant's fault. Apps: Mussels marinara, spedini, meatball medley. Entrées: shrimp scampi, shrimp francaise, chicken giambotta Dessert: 2x Lemon mascarpone cake, chocolate mousse cake Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Can't wait to go back to this hidden gem and BYOB which serves their own HOMEMADE pastas and a nice variety of Italian and Seafood dishes. Yum! The meatball sampler is a must! Staff was attentive and friendly. Reservations suggested...ample parking in rear. Be sure to save room for dessert...the tartufos and melt in your mouth chocolate ganache was amazing! I wished I had room for more!

Was voting from out of state. They said they were booked for the night but at the moment when I walked into the restaurant, they only had two tables that were being served and all the other ones empty 15 empty tables and all outside dining was empty as well. 2 waitresses one whom was on her phone. they turned me away with my family. Not a good practice for family owned businesses. I don’t support these types of businesses who discriminate. They don’t deserve our ! And I will always speak up when it comes to wrongful treatment.

We went out first time the food was delicious and the service was great we will definitely go back again
