The Malvern - Malvern Hills

We were greeted warmly by Ollie and made to feel welcomed and comfortable. The service was amazing as always and the food was wonderful. The cocktail and wine was particularly wonderful. Highly recommended.

My partner and I visited The Grovewood Restaurant for a spa day, and she had arranged for us to have a meal there. We were welcomed by a friendly young man named Ollie, who went out of his way to ensure our evening was special. He truly exceeded our expectations and was a valuable asset to the team. Not only did he make sure our dining experience was exceptional, but he also took care of the other customers, ensuring everyone was comfortable and well looked after while enjoying their meals. We ordered the chicken linguini and the kleftiko, both of which were delicious. A big shoutout to Chef Chris for preparing such fantastic dishes. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful evening - we will definitely be returning soon.

I cannot believe that people are likening the food here to pub grub. The food we have had at The Grovewood is the best we've ever had anywhere. The menu is relatively limited but the food is absolutely exceptional. I cannot praise it highly enough. If the chefs can make a carrot soup that we still talk about a couple of years later, they are doing something right! The prices are very reasonable too. We were only commenting that the prices are akin to those we pay at a local chain restaurant where the food is mediocre. The food at The Grovewood is outstanding value for the quality. If we didn't live 170 miles away, this would be our restaurant of choice, no doubt about it.

We had three courses and all were great. Rib eye steak cooked perfectly, the smorgasboard starter was great and the desserts were decent too. Had wine and that was fairly priced and nice. Service as per throughout the hotel was very friendly and at a relaxed pace.

First time at Malvern spa and the restaurant lunch was excellent. Quiet, calming ambience with friendly attentive staff. Would definitely return.
