Starbucks - Malvern

Took 40 mins to get a chai tea. most of the time it’s drive through only, even though they allow you to order ‘pick up’ in the store, you arrive and have to wait in a 40 min drive through line. waste of time.

Friendly staff, great service, great, espresso, great place!

Nice looking and clean Starbucks. Employees were helpful and courteous. Otherwise pretty normal experience for StarbucksParking: Lot was somewhat small but seemed to be plenty of parking for the business that was there

This location is super hit and miss, the only consistency is my drinks always seem to be leaking over the cup and getting all over my car and clothes. This has happened probably 8-9 times so at this point I’m pretty annoyed. I can’t even say it was a particular employee considering they seem to have a completely different staff each week.It’s pretty frustrating to have someone pushing the tipping screen at you while you having a drink leaking coffee over you. I had to ask for napkins 3 times and somehow the employee was frustrated by the request. Do yourself a favor and skip this location completely, unless you wanna go get your car detailed and your clothes dry cleaned. (Edit 15 minutes later) Got out of the car to find the leaking frappuccino they handed me at the window leaked caramel all over my car. Worst Starbucks ever!

Good staff, smiling faces but not a good location. The store puts importance on online orders. On average you may wait 15+ min plus to just get a regular coffee. Do not go there for breakfast drive through. Chick Fil A next door during lunch is much faster. The staff were good but it looks Starbucks management and the way store looks is all about online orders.
