El Limon - Malvern

I visited this restaurant for a work lunch with a group of eight on a Tuesday. The dining area is quite simple, but the food is fantastic. The service was good, although a bit slow, likely due to three larger parties being present. Overall, I would rate the experience as follows: 5 for food, 4 for service, and 4 for atmosphere. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20.

Delicious food and friendly service! I tried the shrimp tacos with corn tortillas, and they were great. It's a lovely place to stop by. We'll definitely return!

I went to buy three servings of churros, and the slim guy at the checkout told me I would have to wait 35 minutes for them to be prepared. It seems absurd to wait that long for something so simple. They might have a lot of orders, but something like churros could easily be fried while they take care of other things. I don’t think I will be returning to Malvern Lemon again.

I really enjoy El Limon, especially when I'm in a hurry. Our go-to orders are always the tacos—carne asada, carnitas, and tacos dorados. The flavor is fantastic! However, my only complaint is that every single time we order takeout, our order is incorrect. We prefer the supreme tacos, which don't include onions or cilantro and come with lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Yet, for some reason, we always return home with cilantro and onion, just a bit of lettuce and tomato, and no cheese. I can usually pick off most of the onion and cilantro, but since we pay extra for the supreme option, it’s a bit frustrating. Obviously, it’s our fault for not checking before leaving, but I’d like to be able to trust that the order is correct. This has never been an issue when we dine in. Despite the mix-ups, we’ll definitely keep coming back! It’s delicious, no matter the mistakes.
