We visited Chaitanya restaurant two days in February. We tried fanasachi bhaji (jackfruit sabji) for the first time and it was very delicious. The seafood was also very good. The service was excellent and the receptionist was very dynamic. They even helped with parking. Overall, it was a great experience.
We have eaten at this restaurant twice, and one of us has chosen the Special-Veg thali both times. Their 'wade' are also delicious. The seafood is a specialty and looks a bit pricey. They charge 200rs per 100gm Surmai fish fillet (with an additional charge for the thali).
The hotel chaitanya began first in malvan and then after mumbai. Many of us may think that we can try to eat this restaurant in Mumbai outlet and can choose to skip the Malvan outlet, but this is the biggest mistake we make and I. was doing the same mistake before I changed my mind to try the Malvan outlet. malvan outlet has larger portions, cheaper prices and fish caught in malvan, which is far superior quality. everything except fish is unlimited, so they will certainly leave here with a super full like in this restaurant. reviews of hotel chaitanya, malvan: date: 14. oktober 2019 time: 1:30 o'clock please check the review for each court we ordered according to various factors: 1) special prawns thali – rs. 450 quality – 5/5 portion size – 5/5 taste – 5/5 value – 4.5/5 total value – 5/5 2) veg. thali – rs. 200 quality – 5/5 portion size – 5/5 taste – 5/5 monetary value – 5/5 total value – 5/5 other factors: ambiance: 3/5 service: 4/5 both thialus were super impressive and I left this place with one of one of one of three if they have some space in their own, they try their ice creams. follow us on instagram: @foodratingsindia
This is a restaurant you cannot miss when in Malvan for its excellent sea food and even the vegetarian thali. On prior request, they had made a vegetarian thali for us with jackfruit bhaji and modak among other items. But the highlight is the fish... fried pomfret, large juicy praws, kalwa masala, tisrya masala, fish curry and the ghavan. Don't miss there while eating here. The sol kadhi is thick and delicious. Pandurang who served us was warm and even offered to make a few other vegetarian dishes for the next day's meal. We loved the experience and while we wait for our next visit to Malvan, we plan to eat at the Chaitanya restaurant in Mumbai and hope that the food is just as good.
