Värdshuset Lugnet - Malung

New owners have just taken over and they are refurbishing the hotel. Very nice and the service was great. Our room had a rather outdated bathroom, but it was clean and fresh. Comfortable beds, small but good breakfast buffet and the view is absolutely unbeatable, so beautiful! Located near a major road and it was heard a little but was no problem sleeping. I think this will be a real little gem when the new owner gets everything in place

Typical Swedish buildings and interior. Our rooms was large but the bathroom was small and strange (toilet in the middle of the room, light switch practically in the shower and the entire room filled with water when you showered). We stayed here in early September and it was very cold in the room and heating didn't work. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Not much to do in the area but there is a -10km marked walking trail nearby which was beautiful.

Cozy place in an amazing spot! We stopped there during a cycling trip in low season and the couple were super welcoming and flexible for us. We could leave the bikes inside and we got the best service from them! A family business that deserves promotion! Vwry recommendable for couples or groups. They also have an apartment fully equipped available.
